Without the benefit of workman's compensation, independend sales associates can find themselves in an even more difficult position from on-job accidents.

This plan can provide on-and-off-job 24-hour-a-day coverage to compensate for the lack of workman's compensation. 

You can customize your plan by choosing:

• the level of your monthly benefit, from $400 to $5,000 (up to 60% of your income 
• how long you will receive benefits, up to 3, 6 or 12 months
• the waiting period before you start receiving benefits (14, 30, 60, 90, 180 days) 
• off-job only or on-and-off-job coverage

Coverage is available for individuals working full- or part-time, ages 18-64.  Certain restrictions may apply.  Prices vary by age and the plan you design.
